VirSyn has released a new multiband filter called Bark (Mac/Win; EUR 99), which offers critical band equalization and an independent compression algorithm for each of its 27 bands.

The multiband filter also features linear phase precision filters, +24 / –48 dB gain change rate per band, surround operation with channel link/unlink, minimized latency (12 ms), real-time pre- and post-processing spectrum display, and compression parameters overall and per band. Bark is available in VST 3, VST 2.4, AU, and RTAS formats.
