Likewise, the PuigTec EQP-1A program equalizer features four low-boost/cut frequencies; three high-cut frequencies; seven HF boost points; bandwidth control for shaping the high boost curve; Digidesign Icon support; up to 24-bit, 96-kHz resolution; mono and stereo components; and TDM, RTAS, VST, and AU support.

According to the manufacturer, the midrange PuigTec MEQ-5 (Mac/Win) plug-in offers the same tonal characteristics of the MEQ-5, and together with the PuigTec EQP-1A, makes for a great equalization chain. Like the other plug-ins in this collection, the PuigTec MEQ-5 offers Digidesign Icon support; up to 24-bit, 96 kHz resolution; mono and stereo components; and TDM, RTAS, VST, and AU support.
