Celemony has released Melodyne version 2.5 (Mac/Win). The new version adds RTAS support and includes the Melody Manager, which offers auditioning functions and a variety of display options. Melodyne 2.5 can route the internal MIDI output directly to VST instruments hosted by Melodyne. In addition, the Audio Unit, VST, and ASIO software interfaces have been improved, navigation and operation optimized, and file handling made easier, according to Celemony.

Melodyne 2.5 come with an updated handbook and the Ueberschall Sample Preview, a CD ROM containing over 130 MB of audio material. The version 2.5 update is free to registered users of Melodyne 2.x from http://www.celemony.com
