Tascam has introduced the VL-S21 ($129), a 2.1 monitoring system that combines a pair of thin satellite monitors and a powered subwoofer. According to Tascam, the satellites use NXT technology, which provides wider dispersion, a uniform frequency response, and a reduced room interaction compared to traditional monitors.
