PreSonus Ships ADL 600

PreSonus is shipping the ADL 600 ($2,295), a high-voltage, Class A 2-channel tube mic preamp designed by Anthony DeMaria, president of Anthony DeMaria Labs. The ADL 600 runs six vacuum tubes on 600V power rails and delivers 75 dB of gain with a -100 dB signal-to-noise ratio.

The ADL 600 offers variable microphone input impedance, an instrument input, a line input, 48V phantom power, a -20 dB pad, a phase invert switch, a variable highpass filter, an analog VU meter, as well as fast 10-segment LED's for metering.

The ADL 600 also includes custom designed input and output transformers, a toroidal power transformer, rotary switch attenuators, conductive plastic potentiometers, and military-grade vacuum tubes.
