Korg has announced Operating System Version 1.2 for the OASYS.

Version 1.2 features polyphonic unison and unison stereo spread; a new chord feature that allows you to store a chord and transpose it by playing notes on the keyboard; and increased polyphony for the AL-1 and STR-1 expansion instruments. It also includes a demo version of the LAC-1 Legacy Analog Collection containing the latest OASYS Expansion Instruments (EXi).

The new OS will be available as a free download from Korg's Web site in late August or early September 2006.
