Alesis is now shipping its AudioLink series of USB audio cables, which includes the GuitarLink ($69 MSRP) 1/4-inch jack-to-USB cable, the MicLink ($79 MSRP) XLR3-to-USB cable, and the LineLink ($79 MSRP) dual 1/4-inch jack-to-USB cable.

AudioLink cables enable you to connect analog audio sources directly to your computer and record them on a standard USB jack. Each cable outputs 16-bit, 44.1 kHz digital audio via its internal analog-to-digital conversion system. All models are 16.5 feet in length and feature a plug-and-play connection for Macs and PCs.

The GuitarLink connects nearly any guitar, bass, or line-level audio source to USB for mono recording; the MicLink direct-connects any dynamic microphone to USB for mono recording; and the LineLink enables you to direct connect just about any mixer, keyboard, sampler, sequencer, drum machine, or other stereo, line-level audio source to USB for stereo recording.
