Roc Nation/Columbia hip hop artist J. Cole is celebrating the 5th anniversary of his seminal mix tape The Warm Up with another rollout of his Dollar & A Dream Tour where fans are given the location of a secret show, day-of via twitter (@JCOLENC) and admission is granted on a first-come first-serve basis for only $1. The first show is set to kickoff in London on July 3rd with stops in NYC, LA, Chicago, Miami and his home state of North Carolina.

As a special gift to J. Cole's loyal followers, 2014's Dollar & A Dream audiences will be treated to a special commemorative performance of The Warm Up in it's entirety including classic offerings "Grown Simba" and "Lights Please". Known for his expressive, high-energy live shows, Cole will perform each night backed by musicians as well as DJs.

The grassroots success of The Warm Up, which spread like wildfire through the streets in June 2009, spawned J. Cole's first-ever tour, and prompted rap tome XXL to pose the question if Jay-Z may have "...finally found an heir to the Roc throne." As if in response J. Cole delivered two gold-plus albums: Cole World: The Sideline Story, (2011) debuting on the Billboard Top Albums chart at #1, and landing a Best New Artist Grammy nod for the rapper, and Born Sinner (2013) his self-produced, sophomore effort. The latter released in tandem with Cole's triumphant initial blueprint of the Dollar & A Dream Tour, would eventually take the #1 spot on Billboard 200 from Mr. West's Yeezus and went gold in just 4 weeks.

The Warm Up is recognized for establishing J. Cole's stunning storytelling chops, proving an unknown rapper could deliver conceptually-themed, album-worthy songs in the mixtape format.
