Novation Expands ReMote Product Line

Novation has announced that it will make 4- and 5-octave versions ofits ReMote USB keyboard controller, the ReMote 49 ($749) and ReMote 61($899), respectively. The ReMote controllers can also be used asstandalone MIDI controllers, and they offer one MIDI In, two MIDI Out,and one Thru ports.

The ReMote controllers offer 24 buttons, 8 sliders, 8 encoders, and8 knobs, all of which are user definable. It also has dedicatedtransport controls, a programmable X/Y touchpad, 64 programmabletemplates, and more than 50 templates for popular applications byPropellerhead, Native Instruments, Emagic, and Steinberg.
