Pioneer DJM-900nexus Update

By | Fri, 25 Mar 2011

Pioneer has identified an issue with a batch of DJM-900nexus mixers. Connecting certain headphones from other manufacturers with the volume set to a high level can trigger a protective circuit to unnecessarily power down the unit. This issue has now been corrected with the company's most recent production models as March 23, 2011.

However, Pioneer is withdrawing the small quantity of initial mass-production units shipped to the U.S. and Europe. This delays March availability to April. Pioneer asks those customers who have already taken delivery of a DJM-900nexus to return it to their dealer for a refund.

Owners of the DJM-900nexus can also contact Pioneer Service at 800/872-4159 for more information.
