Aardvark has announced Mac OS X drivers for the Q10, a new Cubase LE Multichannel recording bundle (Mac/Win), and a Web site update.

Aardvark’s first official release of a Mac driver allows the Q10 to work with Mac audio programs such as Steinberg Nuendo and Cubase SX, Emagic Logic Audio, BIAS Peak, and MOTU Digital Performer. The driver implements multi-client support and allows four Q10 units to be run from a Mac G5. It offers low-latency performance using Apple CoreAudio drivers.

In other news, the company announced a software bundle that includes Cubase LE, which offers 24-bit, 96 kHz recording, support for 48 tracks, and MIDI capabilities. In addition, Aardvark's new Web site (www.aardvarkaudio.com) includes an updated technical section, an FAQ, and software-specific install guides. www.aardvarkaudio.com
