Blacet Research has announced the Dual Filter and Dual Lin VCA, a pair of analog synthesizer modules that fit the Frac Rack format. The Dual Filter, which combines two high-quality state variable filters in one module, is designed for applications where voltage control is not required (such as formant filtering or tone control).

The Dual Lin VCA, which combines a pair of linear-response VCAs into a half-size module, can be used to process CV and audio signals. Both modules are scheduled to ship in May. Keep an eye on www.blacet.com for details as they develop.
