Encore Electronics is now shipping its new Nord Modular G2 DSP Expansion Board for $499. It doubles the processing power of Nord Modular G2, G2X and G2 Engine. It does not work with prior Nord Modular hardware.

The expansion board has the same functionality as the original out-of-production board, and adds four DSPs to a Nord Modular G2–based instrument. Installation is simple; no soldering necessary and it comes with mounting hardware.
