Korg''s current iteration of the M3 line, the M3 XPanded Workstation, provides a color TouchView display, EDS synthesis, chord triggers, drum tracks, KARMA interactive phrase technology and an assignable control surface. For the modern studio, the M3 XPanded includes free plug-in editing software, plus Firewire, analog modeling (via RADIAS technology) and memory expansion options.

The MR-1 handheld DSD recorder includes a stereo microphone and protective sleeve, and it uses a rechargeable internal battery.
