Metric Halo Introduces ULN-8 Audio Interface

ULN-8 audio interface

Metric Halo has introduced the ULN-8 audio interface, featuring 192 kHz sample rate support for both analog and AES inputs and outputs, new DC-coupled, zero phase distortion, remote controlled preamp technology and much more.

As a single-rackspace hardware unit, the ULN-8 is light in weight and consumes very little power, resulting in reduced cabling and an overall lower cost to operate. Use the unit to record, mix, process and master audio (to begin, add your digital audio workstation of choice and transducers). Its stand-alone operation and standard AES and analog interface let you use it as the audio front end and monitor controller for Digidesign Pro Tools, as a stand-alone instrument or with PC-based recording systems.

Built around the company's 2d DSP platform, the ULN-8 lets you run multiple mixers and plug-ins at the same time. It also comes with a full +DSP license that lets you create mixing, sound design and master plug-ins. Pricing will be announced at a later time. For more information, please visit www.mhlabs.com.
