The new SL Mk II range of controller keyboards feature Automap 3 technology, and support Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Logic, Nuendo, Cubase, SONAR, Digital Performer; RTAS, TDM, VST, AU plug-ins; and software instruments.

The SL Mk II features more than 70 controls including touch-sensitive faders and ringlet rotaries, backlit switches and pads all linked to the DAW/plug-in/-nstruments via Novation''s Automap 3 Pro software. The SL Mk II lineup includes the 61, 49 and 25-key versions, as well as a control surface-only ZeRO SL Mk II with touch-sensitive 60mm faders optimized for controlling DAW mixers in addition to plug-ins and software instruments.

A semi-weighted Fatar "fast-touch" keyboard is combined with a full DAW and plug-in control surface that visually feeds back all control information to the user. All knobs and faders are touch-sensitive. By simply touching a control, all mapping information automatically appears on the 144-character LCD. Back-lit LED buttons and LED-ringed encoders show the status of controls. SL Mk II also includes full transport control, an X/Y "Xpression Pad," eight drum pads, sprung pitch/mod joystick and a "Speed Dial" encoder, which lets the user grab any parameter the cursor is positioned over.
