Scale Wizard offers over 10,000 scale, mode and arpeggio shapes; major, minor, harmonic minor, melodic minor, major and minor pentatonic, blues and chromatic scales; Ionian, Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Aeolian and Locrian modes; advanced, jazz and world music scales; major, minor, dominant, diminished and augmented arpeggios, including 7th chord arpeggios; a user-selectable display of note names, intervals or fingerings; a left-handed viewing option; support for 8 alternate tunings; and more.

The library's interface, optimized for the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch, allows you to swipe your finger up and down the fretboard to hear ascending and descending scales, or tap the screen to hear individual notes. Scale Wizard requires the iPhone 2.2 software update.
