Fixed Noise has released Otto ($199.99), a sound library with over 600 instruments that uses Native Instruments' Kontakt 2 Player. Otto is expected to ship September 15, 2006.

IK Multimedia is shipping the Total Studio Bundle ($1,199), the Total Effects Bundle ($699); and the Total Workstation Bundle ($699). Each bundle offers effects and instrument plug-ins, such as AmpliTube 2, Classik Studio Reverb, T-RackS, and much more.

Neumann has introduced the KMS 104 ($849.99), handheld condenser microphone that has a cardioid polar pattern.

Rayzoon has released update 1.7 for Jamstix, available as a free download for registered users. Rayzoon has also announced that all new Jamstix orders will include DrumPak #1, as well as eligibility for a free upgrade to Jamstix 2 when it is released.

Sterling Audio has introduced five new studio condenser microphones, the ST31, ST33, ST44, ST55, and ST66. With the exception of the ST31, all models feature an attenuation switch; a 75 Hz, 12 dB/octave low frequency roll-off switch; a cardioid polar pattern; and a transformer-isolated output. The ST31 uses a hypercardioid polar pattern and has a transformerless output design.

Synthogy has released the Universal Binary version of Ivory Grand Pianos. The update is free for registered Ivory users and includes the first release of the Ivory stand-alone version for Macs.
