EdgeSounds has released the Genevoice GM64Pro24 ($59.95), a 64 MB, 24-bit General MIDI SoundFont bank. The collection includes over 6,000 raw stereo samples, as well as 2 banks with 128 GM-compatible melodic instruments and 11 XG-compatible drum sets.

All of Kong Audio's Chinee Series plug-ins (Windows) have been updated to include registration grace periods, Cubase SX4 track presets, and a Sonar icon pack. From now until January 1, 2007, new customers who buy one regularly priced plug-in (from $60 to $88 each) will get 20 percent off the purchase of any additional plug-ins.
