Roland has released the version 2.0 system update for the V-Synth GT Elastic Audio Synthesizer. This free upgrade is user-installable and adds notable new features to the V-Synth GT sound engine and user interface.

Features for the V-Synth GT operating system include new cutting-edge sounds, 22 new multi-effects and 5 new reverbs, a chromatic-scale pitch bender function, an improved file import function (Patch/Tone/Wave/Sample), a better user interface and more USB storage functionality.
