Tonehammer has released its new instrument library, The Didge ($39), which offers the sampled sounds of the didgeridoo.

To produce the library, the company recorded, in myriad ways, two different "didges": an original Eucalyptus didgeridoo and a modern version of the instrument made from heat-warped 3-inch diameter schedule-40 PVC pipe.

The Didge features dual didge effects and session recordings, 11 instrument patches and 429 samples in Native Instruments Kontakt 2 (Kontakt 2.2.4 / 3 full retail versions required) and .WAV formats.

The 400-plus MB library includes programs with Mod wheel-controlled time-stretching and sample offset options. For demos and more information, visit tonehammer.com.
