VOX Amplification and Designer Tee Shirt Project
By |
Thu, 09 Feb 2012
VOX Amplification
was the inspiration for a tee shirt designed by American award-winning high fashion menswear designer,
John Varvatos. Part of the Varvatos Fall 2011 collection, the shirt featured a classic
VOX
logo on it. VOX donated their royalty proceeds from the sale of the shirt to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, in support of their charitable mission to restore instrumental music education programs, ensuring that every child has access to a complete education that includes the benefits of music instruction. The VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America's public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child's complete education. Since its inception in 1997, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation has provided $48 million in new musical instruments to 1,800 public schools in more than 100 cities around the country, impacting the lives of over 1.8 million children.
