Image-Line has released the FL Studio 4.5.1 (Win) update, which includes new features, some bug fixes, and a trial version of Sytrus softsynth. Sytrus has six "operators," each offering additive and subtractive synthesis, FM synthesis, ring modulation, and a modulation matrix.

Other new features in version 4.5.1 include ReWire support, an Auto mode in the arpeggiator, a playback function and strum tool in the piano roll, an ASIO clock-source selector (for compatibility with the Tascam US-122 interface), and the Fruity Flangus effect plug-in.
