As previously reported, Annie’s long-awaited new album, Don’t Stop, is being released November 17th on Smalltown Supersound. A totally independent and self-created artist, Norway’s Annie Lilia Berge Strand is a rare popstar – one who has written and created her own album – as well as personally assembled her own team, including producers and musicians.

Recorded over the last three years, Don’t Stop, reunites Annie with Timo Kaukolampi and Richard X - collaborators from the first album, Anniemal – and introduces a host of new friends like Paul Epworth (known for his work with Bloc Party, Primal Scream, The Rapture, Florence and the Machine), Brian Higgins (Xenomania) and Franz Ferdinand’s Alex Kapranos. Sometimes expressive, sometimes funny, but always totally fresh and human, this stunning collection of irresistible pop songs is both immediately catchy and utterly beguiling, mainstream and underground all at once. It moves with plenty of twists and eccentricities that persistently demand a double take.

Annie is releasing a five-track bonus EP entitled “All Night”. The “All Night” EP will be available to purchase with Don’t Stop.

“All Night” EP Tracklisting:

  1. All Night (produced by PaulEpworth)
  2. I Know Ur Girlfriend Hates Me(produced by Richard X)
  3. Anthonio (produced by RichardX)
  4. I Can’t Let Go (with FredrikSaroea from Datarock on guest vocals)

“’Don’t Stop’ is the second album from Annie, a Norwegian electro-pop starlet with a gift for catchy provocation. The album is an airtight vessel scaled for the dance floor, and Annie infuses it with goofy hauteur.” – Nate Chinen, The New York Times

“’Songs Remind Me of You’ is happily 80s meta-pop, and the quicksand melody in the chorus is infatuating.” – Kasia Galazka, Pitchfork (Best New Music Track Review)
