Les Paul's Big Sound Experience Tour Comes to Pier 39 San Francisco

Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Les Paul December 18-20, 2015 at Pier 39

The Les Paul Foundation and Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco are bringing Les Paul’s Big Sound Experience to Pier 39 in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Les Paul. The 53 interactive touring experience will arrive at Pier 39 on Friday, December 18th at 3pm and be open to the public throughout the weekend. The hours are Friday, December 18, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday, December 19, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Guests can experience all of the entertainment and fun on board Les Paul’s Big Sound Experience mobile tour vehicle – a playground of technology, music, sound and invention for all ages. This marks the 100th Anniversary of Les Paul which is being celebrated across the country and marks the first time the tour will appear in San Francisco this year. The Hard Rock Cafe has partnered with the Les Paul Foundation and will offer giveaways on board to all who visit. The Hard Rock Cafe is located at 39 Pier 39 Concourse in San Francisco. Les Paul’s Big Sound Experience will be parked adjacent to the cafe location.

Les Paul, the man many refer to as the “Father of Modern Music” is the focus of the 53’ interactive state-of-the-art mobile tour known as Les Paul’s Big Sound Experience which takes visitors behind the scenes into the world of Les Paul giving them an opportunity for numerous interactive exchanges within 1,000 square feet full of music, technology and innovation. Guests young and old can immerse themselves in music exploration, sound and technology innovations and hands-on interactive entertainment.
