Night Terrors of 1927 Join Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional on Tour

New 'Shine' Live Video Session out Now

Night Terrors of 1927 have announced that they will join Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional on tour this July on select dates beginning on July 10th in Salt Lake City, UT at The Complex and wrapping on July 18th at Harrah’s Resort SoCal in San Diego, CA. This follows previous tours with Bleachers, Capital Cities, Fitz & The Tantrums, The Colourist & Magic Man.

Night Terrors of 1927 will also be performing at the Firefly Music Festival at The Woodlands in Dover, DE on Saturday, June 20th. In anticipation for the band’s appearance next month, the Firefly Music Festival premiered a video of Night Terrors of 1927 performing “Shine” live. See it here, The video, recorded at Fortress Studios in Downtown Los Angeles strips down the song to a powerful performance highlighting piano and vocals only. Night Terrors of 1927 will also be performing at this year’s Lollapalooza and Life is Beautiful, all dates below.

Night Terrors of 1927 is the collaborative project of Blake Sennett (formerly of Rilo Kiley and The Elected) and Jarrod Gorbel (former frontman of The Honorary Title). Night Terrors of 1927 released their debut album, Everything’s Coming Up Roses, earlier this year, which features the fan favorite, set closing epic single “Always Take You Back,” that was paired with a visually stunning video directed by underwater artist Scott Rhea that Noisey called “gorgeously shot,” and “lush, grandiose, and heart-tuggingly emotive.” Everything’s Coming Up Roses also features “When You Were Mine (featuring Tegan and Sara)” that Stereogum called “a gorgeous piece of work,” and “something that sounds like a better Killers single than anything the Killers have released in years” and “Dust And Bones” that Neon Gold called “a beautifully orchestrated four and a half minutes of fatalistic bliss.”
