Santa Ana, CA (July 5, 2016) – Orange County multimedia production facility, Hybrid Studios, held its second annual recording sweepstakes with ReverbNation for the Summer of 2016. The winner was announced in late June from a pool of several thousand applicants, and Yucaipa’s all-girl pop rock band, Hoity Toity, took home the grand-prize recording package. The girls wasted little time in getting in studio, recording their new EP at Hybrid in early July in anticipation of Warped Tour this summer.

“The girls in Hoity Toity were awesome to work with, and their music has a really cool vibe,” said studio manager Mike Miller, “They were well prepared and knew what they wanted in studio; you can tell that when you listen to the tracks they recorded, and I think their fans are going to blown away with this EP.”

Hybrid Studios engineer Josh Brooks led production with input from the band’s general manager, Brad Caselden. Four tracks are slated for release at the Vans Warped Toured 2016, with a fifth single to be released at a later date. This is the second ReverbNation sweepstakes held by Hybrid Studios, and the studio intends to run the promotion again, so stay tuned for promotion announcements.
