The ARP Odyssey launched in 1972, but it has resurfaced in numerous hardware and virtual forms over the years (see Korg's recent offering).
Behringer joined-in at the recent NAMM Show, and now their version of the venerable synth is up for for pre-order.
Today Behringer Tweeted, "We have now produced the first batch and Thomann even decided to air-freight some in so you should be seeing the Odyssey in stores soon. The production is now in full swing!"
While Behringer's version stays true to the original's the dual oscillator design, it adds new features likes an LFO, a VCA drive circuit and USB/MIDI connectivity, and Klark Teknik effects.
