Gobbler Hires Industry Legends

Gobbler has opened a San Francisco office after bringing on four epic new hires representing 55+ years of collective experience in media software and cloud technology. Bobby Lombardi, Bob Brown, Andrew Hall and Brian Chrisman bring unparalleled experience to Gobbler as they prepare to launch their new product, G2.

New Gobbler Senior Vice President of Product, Lombardi has been particularly instrumental in the advancement of online media distribution, collaboration and digital asset monetization, coming from Director of Product Design and Product Management positions at Avid Technology.

“It's an honor to be part of such a talented team that has brought many ground-breaking collaboration features to market,” Lombardi said. “I’m thrilled thinking about what we will accomplish together.”

Gobbler VP of Engineering Bob Brown comes from senior-level software engineering positions at Avid Technology and Yahoo!.

Software Architect Andrew Hall was a central figure on the engineering team at Avid Technology, as well as Goldman Sachs.

Brian Chrisman joins Gobbler as a Software Architect following experience at Apple, Adobe, and Avid Technology.

In addition to developing the next-generation Gobbler platform, the team will be participating in a number of industry activities, including the Pensado Awards and Summer NAMM, as well as hosting monthly meetups around the globe.
