Korg's new Wavestate is a digital synth that builds on the legacy of its storied 90s relative the Wavestation. But the Wavestate is more than just the Wavestation Part II. It features 37 full-size keys, second-generation wave sequencing, engine, a myriad of modulation capabilities, 64 notes of polyphony, and the ability to use 14 effects simultaneously.
Under the hood, the Wavestate has 700 sounds, 240 performances, 1,000 Wavesequences and storage for over 10,000 performances. It was designed by the team that created the original Wavestation and is out this month for $799.99.
