New Vocal Libraries from Vienna out Now
Vienna Symphonic Library releases Vienna Solo Voices and Vienna Whistler
The Vienna Symphonic Library releases two new vocal products that complement their existing Choir Collections. Vienna Solo Voices features four female voices (coloratura soprano, soprano, mezzo soprano, alto) and three male voices (tenor, baritone, bass). All singers have been carefully selected with a special focus on smooth and consistent timbres over the full registers. Vienna Whistler offers a wide range of whistled tones in various lengths and articulations. Both libraries work with Vienna’s award winning proprietary Vienna Instruments / Vienna Instruments PRO sample player. Customers benefit from a special introductory offer through January 31, 2015.
Expressiveness of the Human Voice
Vienna Solo Voices covers the complete range of the human voice with four female registers and three male registers. The Full Library comes with over 47,000 samples and includes staccatos, sustains and legato performances of the vowels “A” (aah) and “U” (ooh) in four dynamic levels as well as various staccato repetitions (of the syllables “ta”, “pa”, “ra”, “sa”, and “tu”, “pu”, “ru”, “su”), sforzatos, crescendos, diminuendos, trills and glissandos, allowing for an accurate and authentic realization of polyphonic vocal repertoire – both as an a cappella performance or in various other instrumental combinations. Vienna Whistler features whistled single notes in various lengths and articulations (staccato, portato, looped sustains), with and without vibrato, legato performances, portamentos, repetitions and even trills, bends and falls that guarantee unprecedented realism.
Introductory Offer and Bundle Savings
Customers may purchase Vienna Solo Voices at a special introductory price through January 31, 2015 ($430, normally $540 for the Full Library). Vienna Whistler is available for $61. The new Voices Complete bundle includes both new vocal products as well as the previously existing products Vienna Choir and Soprano Choir at a special bundle price. Taking advantage of Vienna’s current Holiday Offer customers will get an additional 15% discount on this bundle through January 15, 2015 with a savings of up to $484 compared to purchasing all bundles products separately at their regular prices. What’s more, with the company’s new complementary discount system, existing users of Vienna Choir and/or Soprano Choir will get a credit for their registered products when purchasing Voices Complete.
